CUSTOM WINTER ADVENTURES

Martha offers awe-inspiring, fun, safe and informative custom adventures in the mountains of Banff, Yoho and Kootenay National Parks and Kananaskis country...complete with lunch catered with care, great taste, a piping hot beverage and in some locations - a warming campfire; in others you can try truly Canadian hot maple taffy on snow.

YOGA IN THE WINTER!

Winter is a chilly time for barefoot yoga poses on a mat - but may be possible some days! Walking in mindfulness can be powerfully grounding, and deeply open our senses to all that surrounds us. Add yoga and mindfulness to any hiking day at no extra charge.
